Returns and Exchanges
Return
All bespoke, made to order pieces with customised dimensions or materials are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For items that are in stock, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be fully intact, unused, in the exact same condition as received, in all its original, undamaged packaging, and with all labels. The item must be in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In this e-mail you must note your order number and clearly make us aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal. Items returned to us prior to our acceptance, will not be accepted.

We do not pick up packages in parcel shops.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping costs of a return are to be paid by the customer, and will not be refunded by us. We do not provide shipping labels for returns. The customer holds full responsibility for the item and its condition until it has arrived at MARIE JAGD.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item. If the item passes our quality checks, we will refund the cost of the product.
If the item shows signs of use, wear and tear, or damage, it will either be sent back to you, or we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the item's depreciation in value.
The shipping costs of a return, or any other expenses associated with the return, are to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Each item is most carefully and thoroughly packed to protect the item during transportation. We use sustainable packing materials, wherever it is possible. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Upon reception, please inspect your order for any damages. Please contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the packaging is damaged, you must either refuse to receive the item, or inspect the item for damages before signing your proof of delivery. If only the packaging is damaged, please ask the shipping carrier to write it down.
Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours upon reception. Please send an e-mail to post@mariejagd.dk with provided photos of the damaged packaging and/or any other evidence of mishandling by the carrier. Items returned to us prior to our acceptance, will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care products, such as soap bars without sealed packaging.
All bespoke, made to order pieces with customised dimensions or materials are non-refundable and non-returnable.
After payment is received, production of the bespoke item starts, and the made to order commission cannot be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
