Order confirmation

Once you have confirmed your order and approved our terms and conditions, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Payment

All prices on the website are listet in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%).
Marie Jagd accepts online payment by Visa and ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping
We ship to countries within Europe.
For costumers outside of Europe, please contacts us at post@mariejagd.dk for information about shipping costs and delivery time.
All shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the product. Please see product description.

Return

Within 14 days from the delivery of your ordered item, you have the right to request a return of the ordered item. Please send an e-mail to post@mariejagd.dk to request a return. In this e-mail you must note your order number and clearly make us aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Items returned to us prior to our acceptance, will not be accepted.
The item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original, undamaged packaging. You can unpack the item, but not use it.
The shipping costs of a return are to be paid by the customer, and will not be refunded by us. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
The customer holds full responsibility for the item and its condition until it has arrived at Marie Jagd.
Packages without a tracking number will not be accepted.
We do not pick up packages in package shops.

Warranty

Please note that each piece of our products is made by hand at the highest level of quality in Copenhagen, Denmark. It carries the unique characteristics of the natural materials that we use, and carefully select for each piece.
The pieces are made in small quantities at a time and variations in the wood may appear. This is what gives the pieces their fine unique character.
However, if you find your item damaged or if you find defects on the item by unpacking of your order, please contact us at post@mariejagd.dk as soon as possible. You must do this before returning any item.
We reserve the right to decide wether a warranty claim can be made or not.

Damage freight

Each item is most carefully and thoroughly packed to protect the item during transportation. We use sustainable packing materials, wherever it is possible.
However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Upon reception, please inspect your order for any damages. If the packaging is damaged, you must either refuse to receive the item, or inspect the item for damages before signing your proof of delivery. If only the packaging is damaged, please ask the shipping carrier to write it down.
Within 2 days from receipt of your order, you must inform us by e-mail about any claims for damages due to freight. Please send an e-mail to post@mariejagd.dk with provided photos of the damaged packaging and/or any other evidence of mishandling by the carrier. Items returned to us prior to our acceptance, will not be accepted.

Security

Marie Jagd uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
Marie Jagd's website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
